Recently, the research team led by Professor Zhendong Lei from CESE published a commentary paper in Nature Reviews Clean Technology, titled From depolymerization challenges to macro-scale applications of lignin. The paper traces the development trajectory and key bottlenecks of lignin from depolymerization challenges to macro-scale applications, and proposes a "material-centric" strategy, offering new insights into advancing large-scale, low-carbon, and high-value utilization of lignin.
