CESE Successfully Organized the 2025 National Summer School for Outstanding Undergraduates

On July 7, 2025, CESE successfully organized the 2025 National Summer School for Outstanding Undergraduates, more than 180 outstanding students from more than 60 domestic universities gathered at Tongji University. Professor Zhiwei Wang, the Dean of our college, delivered a keynote speech titled "Creating a Green Future of Harmonious Coexistence between Humans and Nature." In his address, he reviewed the over 70-year development journey of the College of Environmental Science and Engineering, highlighted the disciplinary strengths, talent pool, and platform foundations, and encouraged the outstanding participants to join CESE in the future. The summer school program including lectures by renowned professors, national key laboratories visiting, faculty-student discussion, experience-sharing from former participants, and off-campus excursions, providing the students with a highly rewarding and enriching experience.
