From July 2 to 14, 2025, the 2025 China-Japan-Korea Regional Environment and Sustainable Development Certificate Program (RESD) was successfully organized. With the theme of "Environment Protection & Sustainable Development," doctoral students majoring in environmental studies from Tongji University, Tsinghua University, Kanazawa University in Japan, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Pohang University of Science and Technology, and Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea participated. From July 5 to 7, during their stay at Tongji University, the students attended academic lectures on cutting-edge research topics such as microbial communities in aquatic environments, vanadium redox flow batteries, and urban resilience.
