On January 14, 2025, CESE held the 2024 Teaching Award Ceremony. College leaders from the Party and administration, representatives of faculty and staff, and guests from multiple donating enterprises gathered to witness this solemn and joyous occasion.

The award ceremony was hosted by Zhou Shangjiu, the Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the college. Representatives from donating enterprises were invited to attend, including Li Yuanhai, Assistant General Manager; Zhou Weiwei, Marketing Director; and Li Shangyu, Industry Researcher and Philanthropy Ambassador from Shanghai Ningquan Asset Management Co., Ltd.; Yao Qimin, Director of the General Manager's Office from Tianjian Water Group (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.; and Zhou Huang, Human Resources Director from Shanghai Yipeng Transportation Technology Group Co., Ltd.

Awards were presented sequentially, including the Ningquan Asset Teaching Award, the Hu Jiajun Tianxingjian Environmental Education Teaching Award, the Gu Guowei Environmental Education Teaching Award, and the Yipeng Environmental Education Teaching Award. The awardees were honored for their outstanding performances in teaching, research, and public service. Representatives from the donating enterprises and college leaders jointly presented certificates of honor to the awardees and took group photos, creating a warm atmosphere filled with applause.

Professor Yang Dianhai and Associate Professor Zhang Tianyang, representing the awardees, delivered speeches. They expressed gratitude to the donating enterprises and the community, shared their insights and experiences in the field of education, and demonstrated the unwavering commitment and selfless dedication of CESE's faculty to the cause of education.

Subsequently, Zhou Huang, Human Resources Director of Shanghai Yipeng Transportation Technology Group Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the donating enterprises. She highly commended the college's remarkable achievements in environmental education, expressed the enterprises' profound care and support for the educational cause, and expressed hope for deeper collaboration with the college to jointly advance the development of environmental education.

Finally, Professor Xu Bin, Secretary of the College Party Committee, delivered a concluding speech. On behalf of the college, he congratulated the awardees, extended gratitude to the donating enterprises, and encouraged all faculty members to follow the example of the awardees, continuing to shine in teaching, research, and social service, and striving to cultivate more outstanding environmental professionals.
