Teaching and Talent Cultivation Situation
Participate in teaching courses such as Environmental Microbiology. Among the students who are guided and trained as mentors or vice mentors, 3 have obtained doctoral degrees (Luo Fan, Wang Tao, Wang Guopeng), and 6 have obtained master's degrees (Jia Shuting, Gao Peng, Fu Xiang, Li Xiaoshuai, Hu Chongliang, Yang Xiaotong). I am currently guiding postdoctoral fellows such as IMTIAZ AHMED. Guide multiple groups of undergraduate students to complete the research work of the National College Student Innovation Practice Training Program (SITP) project and publish papers. Guided undergraduate students Wang Xiaotong, Zhao Jian, and Jia Bo to receive funding from the Shanghai University Student Innovation Activity Program, and guided undergraduate students Zhao Jian, Wang Xiaotong, and Jia Bo to win the third prize at the first Tongji University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum.
