Young Faculty Member Zhou Tao Awarded "New Era Youth Pioneer"

Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the All-China Youth Federation presented the 2026 China Youth May Fourth Medal and the New Era Youth Pioneer Award. Zhou Tao, a researcher and young faculty member of the college, was awarded the title of "New Era Youth Pioneer". In recent years, focusing on key scientific issues regarding the high-value conversion of organic solid waste, Zhou Tao has promoted the low-carbon and digital-intelligent transformation of the industry through technological advancement. He has led or deeply participated in 15 national and provincial/ministerial-level research projects, achieving a series of high-level scientific research results. He was the only "post-90s" researcher among the first completers of the 2024 Shanghai Technological Invention Award.
