On October 15, 2025, CESE’s project “Emerging Unstained from the Mud: Directional Preparation and Agricultural Utilization of Microbial Elicitors” won the National Silver Award at the 2025 China International College Students’ Innovation Competition. Leveraging its disciplinary strengths, the team developed an integrated solution for the high-value utilization of livestock and poultry manure, reduction of chemical fertilizer use, and the creation of a circular crop–livestock farming system.By achieving a technological breakthrough in the rapid preparation of microbial nutrient elicitors, the team achieved safe resource conversion of manure within 2 hours, producing a series of Microstimulin® products. These products help reduce chemical fertilizer use by 5%–15%, regulate plant nutrient uptake, and enhance resistance to abiotic stresses.
