Professor He Pinjing’s honored by the China Urban Environmental Health Association

Professor He Pinjing attended a standardized meeting in Beijing on January 11, 2024, organized by the China Urban Environmental Health Association. In recent years, the organization has fully acknowledged Professor Pinjing's team’s remarkable contributions to environmental health standards. As a result, the College of Environment awarded Professor Pinjing the titles "Excellent Co-Authoring Unit and Excellent Expert."

Professor He Pinjing's team has been the chief editor of the multiple group standards issued by the China Urban Environmental Health Association. These standards include "Design Standards for Odorous Gas Collection in Domestic Waste Treatment Facilities" (T/HW 00057-2023), "Emergency Operation Standards for Waste Incineration Plants during Major Epidemics (Trial)" (T/HW 00022-2021), "Standards for Waste Disposal and Collection Operations during Major Epidemics (Trial)" (T/HW 00023-2021), among others. In addition, they organized relevant units from the Village Waste Management Professional Committee to develop the village waste management standards. Their contributions have greatly contributed to the development and improvement of China's environmental health industry’s technical standards.
