Tongji University Departments Hold Joint Seminar on International Talent Development

On January 12, 2026, the Graduate School, Foreign Affairs Office, and National College of Elite Engineers of Tongji University held a joint seminar at CESE on international talent development. Key topics discussed included the co-construction of international courses, expansion of cooperative resources with top universities, enhancement of the university-enterprise collaborative talent development model, and optimization of teacher assessment and incentive mechanisms. Moving forward, CESE will systematically integrate existing international cooperation resources, focus on brand building and distinctive feature development, deepen communication and collaboration with various functional departments, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of international talent development.
