On November 22, 2025, the finals of the 2025 Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition and the second edition of the AI-Assisted Pollution Source Monitoring Site Layout Technology contest, along with the "Carbon Neutrality and Smart Water Management" Forum, co-organized by CESE, were successfully held at Tongji University. The competition attracted over 80 teams from 36 institutions across China, covering various groups including teachers, undergraduates, and secondary and vocational school students. Since its launch in 2017, the competition has been successfully held for eight consecutive years, engaging a cumulative total of over 450,000 participants in the contests and related activities.
